I am a UKCP registered and accredited Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.  I am also a certified AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) practitioner.

I trained as a counsellor and psychotherapist at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London.

I come from a business and information technology background and found my way in to counselling and psychotherapy through seeking to understand myself and my vulnerabilities in a different way and searching for answers to questions about life purpose and meaning.

I work with the psychosynthesis theoretical framework that we are not only a thinking mind and a feeling body; we are also spiritual beings seeking to express our rich inner resources and purpose in life.

I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including general feelings of unhappiness, depression, anxiety, loss, bereavement, self-esteem, confidence issues, major life changes such as redundancy, divorce, and relocation or transition, relationship issues, mid-life and work related issues.

I respect the uniqueness of each individual and appreciate that we all react and adjust to life’s challenges in different ways.

I aim to draw on a range of models and techniques to suit the individual and to personalise my approach according to the specific needs of each client.

I provide practical methods to access and recognise the truly empowering “higher” or “deeper” part of yourself allowing that wisdom to blossom at its own pace and according to its own rhythm.

I am a registered and qualified member of UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and I am also a registered member of BACP (MBACP) as well as a member of the Association of Psychospiritual Practitioners (APP).

Sessions are available both in person or online.
